How does it work?
To join, simply see your service advisor. Membership is free. You will receive a Points Plus card, which you will present when you pay for purchases at the dealership. Each time you use the card, you accrue points. You can also shop online and accrue points that way. Then, when you make purchases at Nucar Chevy, you can use your points toward your purchase.
How can you earn points?
You can earn points by making purchases in our Service, Parts, ProShop or Collision Repair Departments or from Shopping with Points Plus online retail partners. All earned points can then be used toward future Service purchases at Nucar Chevy. The Preferred Owner Points Plus Program allows you to shop online at hundreds of participating online retailers. To get started shopping, log in at
www.gmpreferredowner.com (if you haven't already done so, you will need to register). Any time you go through the Preferred Owner Portal before you start shopping, points are automatically posted to your Preferred Owner account for every purchase you make. Your points will automatically post to your account 30-45 days from shipment of your online purchase.
What online retailers participate in the program?
Some participating retailers are: HomeDepot.com, Target.com, BestBuy.com eBay.com, Gap.com, BabiesRUs.com, Petco.com, Macys.com, BarnesandNoble.com, SportsAuthority.com, Marriott.com, Dell.com, Golfsmith.com, and Godiva.com. For a complete list, please sign in to your Preferred Owner account.

You can view and track all retailer bonus ponts on the Transaction History page of the Preferred Owner web site.

A GUIDE TO PREFERRED OWNER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Preferred Owner card earnings can not be redeemed for cash.
- Items purchased with Preferred Owner earnings can not be exchanged/returned for cash. The returned item’s value will be put back onto the Preferred Owner card.
- Points and Card will expire 2 years from the date of activation. Unused earnings will be lost if not used – New card will be issued.
- Dealership reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue the Preferred Owner Program at any time without notice.
- Preferred Owner Program may not be used in conjunction with any other specials or coupons.
- Fleet customers may be included in Dealership’s Preferred Owner Program.
- Wholesale customers may not be included in Dealership’s Preferred Owner Program.
- Earnings may be applied deductible for warranty or extended warranty repairs.
- Earnings accrued through service may be applied to New Car purchase.
- Earnings accrued through sales may NOT be used for parts/service.
- Preferred Owner Card must be presented at time of negotiation.
- When using free oil change plan, the cost of the oil change will be deducted from the cost of the maintenance package and earning will be applied to the revised package price.
